We are the manufacturer and distributor of our homes. We have a collaborative team that is assigned to each potential partnership or project. The PLAD team consists of the CEO, the Managing Director, our Sales Director, a senior sales executive, and one of our engineers. Each client is important to us, and this is a big investment for both parties. We offer white-glove service support to all our clients, so for that reason, it’s always better to have as much of our team present and on the same page.
We do partnerships with properties that already have developed land with full hookups and 200 amps for electricity ready. If you’re interested in purchasing homes from us as well, we offer them at a very competitive, low cost. This allows you to maximize the value of your land while getting high-quality, affordable homes.
The partnership between PLAD Homes and the landowner involves both parties contributing equity. PLAD by providing prefabricated homes and the landowner. Initially, profits and equity are split 50/50, but if PLAD contributes more homes, profit sharing adjusts based on equity percentages. We don’t file for approvals unless we’re building. Therefore we take the aura plans we have approved and stamped for Florida and submit it to any county we have an address to build. A $5k deposit is required for the engineer to draft and stamp our existing eco40 plans. If it’s a diff design it can cost $20k for a new set of plans. However all is built to code so can be approved anywhere. We can only share approved plans upon receipt of deposit
